- Several Special Provisions in section 4 have been either modified and/or had clarifications made to them
- Several Packing Instructions in section 5 have been either modified and/or had clarified
- Section 7 – The requirements for marking overpacks have been clarified to show specifically which markings must be reproduced when not visible and which are not required.
