4GV Boxes, or Super Packs, are U.N. Certificated. These packaging are more rigorously tested to enable their use with inner packaging (IPs), which have not been individually tested with their respective 4GV Boxes. Variation Packaging requires Inner Leak-Proof Bag(s), Absorbent and Cushioning Materials to enclose the Hazardous Inner Packaging. We provide extra coarse non-dusty Grade 4 Vermiculite (sold separately) in 4 cu. ft. bags. Vermiculite acts as a completely inert absorbent and cushioning material and it is an essential part of the ‘Variation’ Packaging.
