Opus Bio 8”x8”x1640' Inflatable Air Pillow / Cushion- Roll
This cushion size is best used for small to medium void fill applications. The larger cushion gives a better yield and lower cost per cubic meter than the 8" x 4" making it an extremely cost effective cushion. Made from the same material as the 8" x 4", this cushion still provides the same high degree of cushioning and protection. THis cushion is available in standard and super strength material making it suitable for both high and low impact applications.
Opus Air is the only air cushion packaging system designed to operate specifically with biodegradable and recycled film. The Opus Bio biodegradable cushions can be reused, recycled in the appropriate waste stream, or recycled through composting.
Opus Bio uses a special additive that causes the film to completely break down as measured by ASTM D6954-04. Opus Bio completely biodegrades in 12 to 24 months when in the presence of moisture, micro-organisms and oxygen leaving no toxic or heavy metal residues.
